If required, the StopLoss Jones tube can be removed easily, and without risk of tissue damage, as the flange folds in reverse during extraction. The removal tool provides safe holding of the tube and provides traction on the tube to fold the internal flange for non-traumatic removal. The removal tool, which comes with a guide wire, is disposable and supplied pre-sterilised.
